It’s time for a new year – and boy are we ready for it!

2020 wasn’t quite what anyone was expecting and like everyone we were unable to work as usual. Sadly due to the impact of the pandemic we were unable to go ahead with our Spring and Autumn tours as originally planned.

However, looking back we are grateful that we were able to tour at the start of the year with our Winter shows in January. This tour meant that we could share the art of circus with vulnerable and disabled children throughout the UK, with visits from Brighton to Dundee!

Our Winter shows also saw us hold more British Sign Language Interpreted performances than we ever had at our indoor venues, meaning that deaf children could experience every aspect of the performance.

Although this year has been a journey through the unknown, we have received an amazing amount of support along the way.

We would like to thank our business supporters who have been so understanding and for still offering to contribute so that we are able to get back to work as soon as it is safe to do so. Without their kindness we wouldn’t able share our magical world with those most deserving. To those who have supported us from the very beginning to those who have only just discovered Circus Starr – thank you.

Circus Starr are proud to offer accessible and inclusive shows, but not only that, each of our performances promise to be full of world class acts. Behind the scenes we have an amazing team who work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and ensure we can invite disadvantaged children to come along and enjoy the show.

This year has been a challenging and unusual time at our head office – so thank you to our team at who have adapted to work around our ever changing and uncertain circumstances. For much of this year we have been unable to have our whole team on site, but we cant wait to welcome everyone back soon!

We are really excited for what 2021 may bring. We know that many of our audience members have missed their annual Circus Starr visit, and we cant wait to return with a spectacular show that will be worth the wait!!!
