Our Burnley show was thoroughly enjoyed by Jacob.

The four year old train lover attended with his Mum, Louise. She explained that they received free tickets as she is a single parent and wouldn’t usually be able to access a performance like ours due to financial reasons.

‘I can’t afford to take him to everything he would love and deserve to do, but little trips like this meant he got to have a brilliant time and I didn’t have to factor it into the monthly budget. Things are hard at the moment, so it was the perfect opportunity to spend time with Jacob, share a new experience and create a memory with him.’

All of our shows are adapted to ensure that they can be enjoyed by everyone, which also helped to make their visit a success.

‘Circus Starr was great as it was a friendly performance that allowed Jacob to not become too overwhelmed with too many lights, flashing or loud noises as this can be a lot for him. The break allowed him to move around as concentration can be a lot for him too.

I felt comfortable at the performance and liked the amount of space there was. Seeing Jacob happy always makes me happy. In comparison to other outings it was a lot more relaxed, easy to access and a good amount of time for the performance. I hope to come to any future shows as we both enjoyed it a lot.’

It is wonderful to hear that our show is helping families bond and spend quality time together. This is only possible because of community driven businesses who want to help us make a difference.
