We have a fabulous team of here at Circus Starr HQ. Every day our fundraisers work hard to raise funds so that we can put on our accessible shows.
But we also like to personally give back to deserving organisations that are not too different from our own, so we hold charity days!
Usually this involves nibbling on some kind of cake – so the Macmillan Coffee Morning was the perfect event for us.
Our team never let us down when it comes to making tasty treats and we had an array of both sweet and savoury items available which were sure to get the donations coming in.
Alongside this, we ran a competition to guess how many sprinkles were on Colin The Caterpillar’s back, which was won by fundraiser Georgia.
We love a friendly competition here at Circus Starr HQ. Our director, Michelle Crossley, delivered a tense quiz that was won by our Accounts team.
It was a first time win for the admin girls (with a little help from Events Coordinator Matt), and they were overjoyed to win the trophy and some miniature Colin cakes!
After a fantastic day full of food and fun we are delighted to say that we raised a total of £155 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
